Policy At BachatCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, contact us at [bachatcartsupport@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable

items Items marked as final sale Personal care or hygiene products, once opened Products damaged due to misuse Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations
